as a result of a knitted food discussion with some freinds......

I knitted Pizza



I used assorted crappy acrylic out of my stash (heck my kids don't care - they were suitably imopressed and have since requested burgers,hotdogs and popcorn!   Cheesy) it was loosely based on this pattern

but I changed to toppings as my mushrooms were very sad and looked like fawn blobs and I didn't think that  white onions would show up well on the colour of cheese I chose - so instead I did red peppers and olives................

That's so awesome - you're my hero!  Pizza and knitting are like two of the best things in the world but when you put them together, it's just plain awesome.

I SOOOO wish I could knit food..I desperately want some for my dd...but its soo pricey in online shops..perhaps I'll talk her Nana into ordering some for Christmas...
