My demanding husband Paul insisted I made him a 'Man bag' or 'Murse' (for those of us who are addicted to Beauty and the Geek!!)

But being the cool man about town he is, he had to look good, and it had to have a Transformers theme.

So here it is, just a basic Messenger bag made out of a throw we found for $2 at Fabric land (bonus!)

Excuse the dark outline around one of the stencils, I thought I might need to give it an outline for it to stand out, but I didn't and I guess I kinda blew it, but you can't even see it apart from when the flash goes off.

Hope you like

x

Lost the original Decepticons image hence the scanned photocopy of the stencil itself.

I can't show my husband this or he'll come steal it from your husband.  Wink

I love it!  Me and my older sister used to stand in front of our box fan and sing the transformers song into it.  I have to make her something transformers!  Did you make the stencils yourself?  Please tell me you found them somewhere online.

Hi to all, thanks for your lovely comments, he is a very spoilt husband isn't he!!

I did find the pictures on line but no stencils, I made them myself.

Once I get a chance I will post the stencils for all of you lovely people to use so keep checking back.

I love it! I was going to ask what kind of fabric it was, it kind of looks like burlap.

Hi yes a Burlap type material except it's softer as it was actually a sofa throw originally, I used Canvas to stiffen it up a bit and the inside is a dark brown mens suit material.

The stencils were put on to the bag with Paint Pump pens (permanent markers) which went hard on drying so the design should stay.

That's really cool of you to put up the stencils. I love your name by the way. It reminds me of Mink Stole.
