As soon as I saw this I knew I had to make it for my friends house warming gift. So i rushed out to the supermarket, bought what I didn't have and rushed back home to make it. Thanks for the recipe.
Here's how mine looks.  .

I can't wait to take it around my friends and try a slice.

Okay, so I have MASSIVE weaknesses for cheesecake and bright pretty colors, so I pretty much HAVE to make this. Thanks for the recipe!

I love it! My daughter wants a rainbow cake for her birthday this year! This would be perfect!

Oh man. The first time I tried to make this, it was a disaster. I did the second recipe, and I did something wrong,  but I have no idea what. Anyway, it was soggy, clumpy and tasted funky. Ah, well, that's why we do dry runs, right?

Anyway, I re-tried it tonight. But instead, I used the crust from the second recipe (time issue on waiting for the brownie to cool completely) and the filling from the first recipe, and it turned out marvelous. I like the colored base of the crust with contrasting filling.

I'm so glad I did a test run before my birthday! How silly would I have looked with that first nasty cake being served at my party?  haha

Anyway, thanks for the inspiration. =D

That is freaking awesome!  I LOVE it!  I'm going to have to try that soon, I know that my kids would absolutely love it too!

Thanks for sharing!   Grin
