I really love this cake!
I was wondering though - when you say 1/4 cup etc, how much exactly do you mean? I'm english, and I do everything in lbs or grams.

Thanks for all the new posts...I've been having internet problems and it's nice to find compliments waiting when I manage to log in Grin

I'd be happy to convert them for you, but I'm a bit short on time at the moment...there's all sorts of helpful charts and calculators for doing conversions Smiley  I'll add that link to the first post, and hopefully I'll get a chance to add the actual values in soon.

That is soo cool!  I've never made a cheese cake before but I have always wanted to.  I think I will use this recipe when I do.  Thanks for sharing.

I made this, and it was soooooo gooooood. (I'll post pictures as soon as my boyfriend emails them to me). The only thing I might have changed would be the brownie to cheescake ratio. there was more brownie than cheesecake in mine. Maybe I could double the cheesecake recepie? Or perhaps use a graham cracker crust next time, and save on brownie mix and dishes. I'll have to experiment. The recepie was really easy to follow, thanks so much for posting it!

Holy Cow!  That is amazing.  I have never seen food colour so bright and consistent.  Great job~

Ahh!  I just showed my mother the picture of the cake and she said the colours look very unappetizing!  ANy colour combo suggestions?  The cake is for my 48 year old mother and my 13 year old male cousin. (It's a big family, we combine everything).

If she thinks that looks unappetizing, I wouldn't make it (or any color combination) for her - I'd make something else and at a later date make it for someone else  Grin

Why not just use fewer colors?  Maybe two or even just one, like a marble cheesecake.
