Ok, so I made the cheesecake, I havent eaten it yet, it's for a party tomorrow... but it looks amazing - pretty much exactly like the original posted, and the batter was super yummy, but here's my question to anyone who has made this cake... did you really just bake it for 35 minutes?

I checked my cake at 35 and it was REALLY jiggly, so I left it in for another 10ish. I dont know if I overbaked it, I guess I'll find out otmorrow... any tips?

You know, I work at Disney World when I'm not in school, and I had always wanted to try this cheesecake.  I still haven't had a chance to, but I'm going down for spring break so hopefully I'll get my chance.

Either way, I want to thank you for posting the recipe!  I've made this twice, the first time all very bright, the second time in fall colors for thanksgiving....

The first turned out fantastic! I have pictures I need to post up still...  but that second one... it was horrible.. I made a sugar free version because my grandma is diabetic.. and wow.. the splenda just made it icky... I guess it's because it's so light that I couldn't get it right.  So from now on, no more sugar-free... unless someone has a great variation to make it work.

I used a standard cheesecake recipe and it turned out amazing! Thank you so much for the idea!
