Thanks for the recipe.  I'm going to use this one for an international function dessert.  All of the colors of the flags are in it.  I might even place tiny flags on toothpicks around the edge of the cheesecake itself.  No arguments over that I bet, except for who will get the last yummy piece!

Oh man, just the thought of cheesecake is enough to make my mouth water, but all these pictures that look soooooo good...

Mwahaha, rainbow cheesecakes are taking over the Dessert board! Cheesy  Thanks to everybody who's tried it and shared their work...it's great to see all the variations and read about your experiences.

And thanks, again, for the continued stream of compliments...this is one of my favorite baking experiments, I'm glad others find it as exciting as I do Grin

Just the liquid kind in the little dropper bottles, by McCormick.  I added that to the first post, since it seems to be a popular question Smiley
