Help!  My very favorite pair of sandals has finally broken . . . they're the "thong/ flip-flop" type with a piece of leather that separates the big toe from the little toes, and that's the part that has come loose from the sole of the shoe.  Does anyone know if crazy glue or gorilla glue works on shoes?  Is there something else made specifically for shoes that will restore them to wearability?  Any suggestions would be most awesome.

I've used gorilla glue to glue the 'thong' part back into the sole of a flipflop... it works really well and lasts a really long time.  Just make sure you don't use too much!
