I have some pretty vellum paper and do not want to wreck it by using the wrong type of adhesive. Is there a special adhesive to use so it won't curl or the glue won't show through??

Thanks a bunch !!

(sorry if this has been asked before...I did search!!)

I use spray adheasive with vellum.. make sure you get an even coat, and then you won't have that "show thru" problem, since the entire piece has the adheasive..     you won't have the glue stick poka dots..

I also like to use eyelets and brads to adhere vellum.. then you don't need adheasives at all  Smiley

Thanks very much for the advice!! I never even considered using eyelets or brads!! I guess I should invest in some good spray adhesive too!

Also try the clear glue dots...i have used them on some pages and you can't really notice with the clearer vellums.

Vellum tape is the way to go. I think Scotch makes it.  You also can get clear photo splits, but you will be able to see the split through the vellum. I use one of those scotch clear tape runners for my vellum, and while you can see the adhesive through the vellum at first, it does fade out over time.
