I made this out of white jersey (the bottom is from a T-shirt and the top is plain ol' fabric).  It's gathered with elastic under the chest and ties in the back.  It came out how I designed it, but it's a little more revealing than I like to wear.   Sad

Do you think it would be cute over another shirt?  I might also add a halter strap.

Opinions, please.

Here it is...

Another view.

With a sweater, how I'd be more likely to wear it.

Thanks!

A halter strap would be cute...and I like it with the sweater.  Another option would be wearing it over a colored tank...I've seen that a lot l8tly- strapless tops or dresses over tanks.  Cute top though- and I like your glasses  Cool

Very cute! How is it that you do the lap over effect in the front?

I love this - it looks faboo with the sweater. If it were me, I'd feel a little, uhh, "safer" with a halter strap. Fantastic job!

it's really cute, but I agree with the halter strap idea... then you don't need the sweater.
