just got my teeth worked on and my teeth and gums are super sensitive to anything cold or too hot, and i'm running out of lunch/breakfast ideas...besides yogurt. yes yogurt is generally served cold, but i just enjoy it on the right side....Wink

any ideas?

canned or homemade soup...asparagus (the kind in the can is really soft)...baked potato...cottage cheese...hmmm

hmm room temp soup, tofu is usualy pretty soft, um oo peanutbutter sandwiches diped in tomato soup is pretty good and soggy.

egg salad or deviled eggs are pretty quick, easy, full of protein and soft.  also, pita (don't know if that's too chewy) with hummus and tomato would be a good well rounded meal.  Hope you feel better soon!

For breakfast, I sometimes have high protein smoothies...just some lowfat yogurt, milk, 1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana at room temp., a small drizzle of honey, and a touch of vanilla (unless I have vanilla yogurt, then it's optional).  Blend and drink.  It isn't too cold and it has enough protein to keep me full for several hours. You could have one for lunch, too, but if you can't be at home for lunch you would have to logistically work out when to take the smoothie out of the fridge so it won't be too cold.  Plus, you would probably have to put some lemon juice or something in it because the banana would turn a lovely shade of brown over time.  Then again, I would probably stick to having it at home!  It s not complicated at home!

thanks for all your ideas! my gums/tooth is much better now, and i did try all the ideas, and suggestions......Cheesy *except dippin pb sandwiches in tomato soup!* lol but again.........thanks Smiley
