That sounds good to me too.... perfect timing!  I'm working on my promos now for a promo swap with my street team, so I'll just make extras for this one.

awesome! i'm glad there's interest still!

you know . . . a better way to do it might be to open up sign ups while i'm away (nov. 1-9) and then do partners a few days after i return.  you guys would have an MIA organizer for the sign up period though . . . or maybe someone is willing to co-organize by just accepting all of the sign ups and fielding questions during that period?

That sounds good - I think I should have enough time to do prep for another round and restock the shop by then.  I've never co-organized but if no one else steps forward and you think you still need one I will try and help.

I have a idea to help save us all on shipping. I did this with another craft swap a while ago.

Okay, so there is a coordinator. Everyone ships there packages in a flat rate envelope with instructions on how many items per a person along with 4.60 for shipping back to them. The coordinator then compiles all the items into each persons new flate rate to go back to them. This way everyone only spends $9.20 instead of the $20+.

I can volunteer for this if you all would like me to. I will be out of town on the second week of December but thats it.

Also, this way we don't have to track down 196+ packages.
