First attempt at jewelry making

So here are my first jewels ever!



And here is a pair of guitar pick earrings that I made last month and I really like! I wore them almost always during the holidays

Those are really neat! I like them a lot! I made one that was wrapped with wire before but I used such a heavy wire so my fingers were practically raw when I was done. lol! Nicely done.

Cool!  I should really try some wire wrapping...you got me inspired.  I love the guitar pick earrings, especially the one on the left!

Tofurocks: the guitar picks are identical, in the photo you can see the front and the back images... but I do like the side with the ideogram the most, too!

Hadassah: for the green pendant I had to use a pair of electrician pincers (don't know if it's the right translation...) because the wire was too heavy, and they worked perfectly!

I've been wanting to try wire wrapping - I'm very impressed that this is your first attempt!  What guage wire did you use?

For the blue stone (it's actually a piece of glass  ) I used a 0.5 mm diameter garden wire: I know it will eventually oxidize, but it was just an experiment!
For the green stone I used a 1.5 mm zinc coated wire. Don't really know how it is going to behave in time 
I'm looking for silver wire but I only have some veeery thin silver wires, while I'd like to use a thicker one (1.5 mm would be perfect). Can't find it
