Ooh, that's so cool that you're making one, Mienna! Hee, my brain still has the dumb, because I looked at your pics and Dumb Brain went "hey, that looks just like yours!" Um. Of course it does. At least, I should hope that it does, otherwise I did something wrong with the pattern! Thanks, brain.

Yeah, in retrospect, bright coral probably wasn't the most versatile colour choice for mine (though I still cheerfully wear it with my red shirts and clash horribly). Glad to hear that you're not having any problems with the pattern!

I finally finished it! I sat tonight with my bunnies running around my playing and finished the last few rows. I still have to add some elastic, but I want to get a picture of it while I could still lay it flat.

I too frequently suffer from the COTSS ()- I've gotten pretty good at finding stash-busting patterns.  I really like your design!  I'm a hat/headband freak (seriously, you can blame the Panta for that, it started it all) - I'm sure I'll be using your pattern to use of one of my many singles this season! 

The other fun thing is finding uses for the little balls of leftovers.  Luckily my two-year-old's feet are small enough that I have an automatic use for leftover sock yarn.  Yesterday I was knitting the most gorgeous strawberries ever out of leftover 100purewool, they really do look delicious.
