I just bought this book today and I can't wait to get started embroidering! The instructions look clear enough for even a very beginner like me!  Grin

I have the book as well, and am really enjoying it!!

Some say the world will end in fire;
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To know that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice. - Robert Frost

So, I am thinking of ordering this because it looks AWESOME!!!
Is there a retailer that purchasing it from helps you most? I'd like to help out fellow crafters however I can.

Aimee, I received this book as a gift and at first I was a little disappointed to realize it was a book for beginners, as I've been embroidering and cross stitching for 16 years now.  However, once I looked through it I am so, so happy to have this as a gift.  It is so inspiring and I love your illustrations.  They are sweet and simple and lovely. I liked it so much that I was joking I would have another baby just to make the lap quilt for it Wink

Thanks for having the faith in your work to put this out there.  I know I will turn to it again and again.

Aimee, my book arrived Saturday, waiting for me in the unopened pile of mail on the desk.  When I came to work this morning and saw who it was from, I was so happy!  Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

The buttons you sent with it are absolutely delightful!

Thank you!
