I finished this a couple weeks ago (just in time for 100 degree heat), but never got around to taking photos until today.  Apologies for the bad lighting. And bad photography skills in general.

I didn't use a pattern, but someone's comment on another project of mine made me realize that this, too, probably looks an awful lot like a Stefanie Japel designed sweater.  I did not mean for that to happen, but the only sweater I've ever knit following a pattern (also my first sweater) was from her book, Fitted Knits.  I think I based it off of a design of hers in my head, accidentally. 

Anyways... Yarn is Lion Brand Wool-Ease Chunky in the color Spice, and I used size 11 circulars.

Nicely done!  I had a few sweaters like that in the 1970s, not quite so fitted, so that design has been floating around for awhile.
