I absolutely adore the polka dots.  I agree that the cap sleeve would really finish it off, but I maybe in a lace stitch?  Something to match the lace insert perhaps?

I think I've succumbed to the votes for a sleeve, I'm working on it now. I hoped to have a pic of at least the one sleave by now, but I kinda messed it up and had to start over.  Grrrr...the bad thing about making stuff up I guess.
