There will always be people who say mean words  because you are different, and sometimes their minds cannot be changed. There are many more people who do not judge others based on how they look or where they are from. THOSE are the people whose WORDS truly matter.

Grin Thanks everyone, I'm glad you like him!

Regarding the hair, I make caps like little mini wigs and then sew them to the head and then embroider/sew a light layer of hair, it looks like a lot, but really is barely anything.

Then about the clothes, I made him from the feet up so that it could be a little bit easier to figure things out along the way.  His t-shirt and sleeves are attached at the collar and then made into another layer, and at the top of the arms and crocheted down since I'm not the biggest fan of continuous clothing, it doesn't take much longer to do either and I like the look of it so much more.

Oh, and the glittery hair- it's Bernat Cool Crochet(http://www.bernat.com/product.php?LGC=coolcrochet) yarn in chocolate, I prefer using cotton or cotton blends and its only ever the shade that I like/can find at Joann's.

I love him. The hair is absolutely amazing, but I don't really understand how you make it.
