Nintendo DS Lite Case with Interchangeable Covers

I was inspired by the DS Lite Case featured here on Craftster that looks like an old-school Nintendo controller.  I made one for my fiance since he used to work at a video game company using the altered pattern by Craft Magazine.  I figured I could make him a present for his upcoming birthday by using the basic pattern for the box and then creating my own charts for the lids.  I started with Nintendo themes and then quickly tired of that.  I'm thinking of making one for myself (I have an older DS) with some sort of pun on my name and "DS" (my name's Donna Sue) - but I'm not sure what to do yet - it has to be cheezy to work.  The fiance's present is still in the works - here's what I have so far.

my favorites are the 1up mushroom and the duck from duck hunt.  i could be a bit partial on the 1up though since it's my current old school game obsession.
