If anyone was thinking of using this lining stuff, I will say that although it *is* ironable, I did a little practice clutch/zipper pouch type thing with it, and after it was done I experimented by sealing the interfacing. It doesn't come out nearly as nice as just sewing it in, I got some wrinkles that I think were unavoidable and it doesn't feel as nice as this version. I think unless you were super detailed about the sizing and had a ham and one of those little mini irons, it's best to just sew it in.

I found it!

http://www.ahfabrics.com/products.php?cat_id=417

Here is a link to the manufacturer...then you can search where to buy it locally!!  Smiley

Off to Ann Silva Bernina's I go!!

Thanks MnkyMama!  I just love Alexander Henry fabric and hope that one of the locations that popped up on the retail search has it.  I've seen your posts before and in your avatar you look so much like an old friend of mine that it was at first distracting.  I just noticed the "Amber" at the end of your post and got a little freaked, because her name is Amber.  However, her husband looks nothing like the guy in your avatar, so I suspect you aren't she.

Well, a year and a half ago she was still in Oregon with the original husband.  A lot can happen in a year and a half, but I suppose if you don't recognize me by my avatar it's just one of those weird coincidences.

Love the fabric, like everyone else, but I also love the handles. Smiley  Before I started doing "real" sewing I would make placemat purses and used to use those handles on several of my bags.  They're awesome and are perfect on your gorgeous bag!

Love the bag-very professional  looking. And the Loteria fabric is one of my faves. I found some in Taos at the quilt store a few months ago and have used it sparingly!!
