My bbf has two dogs: a German Shephard and a totally bad Terrier.

Her birthday is next week. I made a no sew petportrait of her German Shephard (Jake). It's over on the misc board: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=191886.0

And decided to attempt to embroider the Terrier. I found a great old-looking frame and matted it messily (trying to age it a bit) with fabric.

We take her dogs to play in the river a lot. Hence she is standing in water. The flower is in her mouth, because Terriers are super-naughty and always taking things they shouldn't!

I should note, the Terrier is such a rip off of the Aranzi-Aronzo Terrier that I adore.

Thank you!!!

THREE Terriers??? OMG! I think I'd need a shot of vodka to start my day with three of those tornadoes around. LOL

Here's my friend's Terrier, Lady Bug.

Look at that face! Who'd have known she'd just demolished a million things before this shot was taken.  Grin

Aww, your friend's terrier looks kind of like my Winnie!! I don't know what Winnie is, mostly I figure she's a mutt, but I did some research and am fairly certain there is SOME sort of terrier in her. And yes, she's QUITE the trouble maker!!

Did you say that you made the pattern yourself? I would love to do one for my babies.

OMG! Winny is so cute: she looks a lot like L. Bug!!!

Fot the "pattern", I just sketched a similar head to the Aranzi-Aronzo Terrier , then I penciled in some water.
