Our craft club loves to travel the 2 hours or so to shop in the Buffalo area so I thought I'd share some shopping info and hope that others will add to the list of good places to get crafty items.

We love the Joann's Superstore at 4101 Transit Rd in Williamsville.  If you email their guest services dept. in advance they'll email you a printable 40% off coupon that you can use in the store.

Bead Creative at 5401 Sheridan Dr in Williamsville is great.  They claim to be the largest bead store in Western N.Y. and we love the selection there.  Prices aren't bad either.

We weren't impressed with Bead Gallery on Eggert in Amherst (on so many levels that I won't even get into it) and we won't be going back there again.

We also liked A.C. Moore at 1581 Niagara Falls Blvd.  Similar to Joann's but they carry some different brand of jewelry making components and beads, so we found it worthwhile to go to.

Not craft related, but we always go to the Tops (pronounced Taps) Market at Bailey and Maple while we're there because we just love to go up and down all the aisles of grocery stores when we're in a different country - and Americans always get products years ahead of us, so it's just fun!
