My friend and I send mail to each other all the time.  Most of the time it is something simple like a magazine clipping or a random photo or a craft idea or even a coupon.  ANYTHING really.  because we LOVE getting mail!  I even make my own envelopes! (did you know if it is shiny they cost more to send?)

maybe someone could send out a mailing list or swap mail partners or something.  I am just throwing that idea out there.

I am doing my first swap so I cant head one up yet.... but I will one day.

Hmm...  I wonder how you could translate this into a swap? Maybe it could be like fill a 39 cent (or whatever insane amount it costs to send a letter these days) envelope swap. And since it is only an envelope, maybe everyone sends 5 out and gets 5 back?

it is 41 cents now. Tongue and if it any bulkier than a piece of paper in an envelope, the price goes up!

even if you went crazy with it and spent a whole buck on each one.. and had 5 people.. thats still a cheap swap I think.  5 bucks for randomness.  I would pay it!

Ya, I think, and correct me (again) if I'm worng, but isn't it like 87 cents when your envelope gets bulky? So, yea, even if was a buck it would be fun!

somewhere around there. I mailed an envelope to my cousin with a loooong letter and some pics, it was less than 3/4" and it was $1.13. so not too bad Smiley

I love this idea! I can just imagine filling up an envelope with pretty cuttings and other little trinkets Cheesy

ya, you could totally stalk your partners and send so much fun stuff! I like this idea! Maybe we could even have it where we have 3 partners and send twice to each, like something right away (or within 3 days of partnering) then send something two weeks later or so? That way we could have 6 'letters' and they would come randomly in a two weeks time period!

Hmm, I'm not sure about multiple send-outs and partners. Due to being situated in Australia, sending out letters overseas is going to cost a bit more. Maybe there could be an option for those who want more or less mail?

Ya you could totally give everyone the option of how many partners they would like... to a certain number of course!!!
