Those are quite lovely!  Are they kind of stretchy?  Off the napkin they seem to have a smaller diameter to me.

Yes, they do have a good amount of stretch. This makes getting them on and off the napkins easier.

I got the beads and Wire at Micheal's Craft Store so nothing too fancy. They are Bead Heaven "Classic Glass" beads.
