I've just joined the happy world of blogging, and started working my way posting through the things I have been making over the past few years. Anyhow, to celebrate, I thought I'd show off this Bettie Page doll I made for my cousin, adapting the Knit Your Own Rockstar pattern in SNB Nation.
I did post it in the toys board before remembering there is a special, dedicated SNB board which it belongs in, so apologies to those who visit both!
A wee bit more info (and another pic) is on the aforementioned blog:

Thank you puppymomma!
And april_cocaine- go for it with the Marilyn, I'd love to see it. I'd recommend short rows to make the boobs boob shaped...

That is terribly adorable. I've never done something so small; what kind of needles did you use for it?

B: Your FACE is a simile.
K: No, your face is LIKE a simile. Your face IS a metaphor.

Thanks Scarfninja!

I used plastic double pointed needles (I think they were 4.5mm, so not too tiny!)
