Hello everyone, I have a question about patenting my designs. I recently sold a couple of plushies on etsy. The peson that ordered them requested I mail to a company. I researched it online and found its a company that sells handmade crafts. I'm worried that my ideas are going to be duplicated for sale. I dont know much about how to protect my work or where to get started. As of right now I'm not making any sort of constant income off my work, but I am working up to that. I plan on listing much more in the not too distant future and if you have any advice, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you!!!

Maybe a copyright on your plushy.  Huh

As long as you can prove that you came up with the idea before them, your idea is copyrighted to you.
