Oh I didn't notice that! I mean the eye lids? It seems to be the same color of you fabric. I didn't see it on the other eye right away. So I guess it is on both sides.

OH!! Sorry I thought you meant the flower!!! Uhhhh, I basically winged the eyelids!!! I will have to do my poor microsoft Paint visual tut on how I did the lids!! That was the first time I have done lids like that! I made a camel last Christmas that had lids, but I just modge podged them on... But this time I sewn them..... Be back soon with a make shift visual! (hopefully Undecided)

No that was good! I just had to read it a few times. But that is me not you! I have a hard time learning things unless it is hands on! I need to see it in 3-d visually. But I think I got it! I was going to buy fabric for it on Friday but the sale doesn't start today for it so I held off.  Today it is 50% off, I am just hoping it is still there when I go! The fabric I found is just a regualr suede. I hope it works. It just isn't as furry as the Alova. They didn't have any decent colors in the Alova. All lepoard skin and stuff. I can't wait to start it! It should be loads of fun! I am accually liking your flower on the eye the more I look! I might have to steal your idea! Hope you don't mind!. I am going to make two poppets. One the navy blue and I found this goreous deep purple. And I found these great colored eyes on Esty! They come in any color you can think of! We only have brown at joann's here! http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=7148516 there they are! I like the purple and green and blue ones!

I get mine at Hobby Lobby, but for Paisley, (her eyes were originally yellow) and I removed the yellow with acetone... be careful and use in moderation, Im sure regular nail polish works as well.... But I used nail polish to create the color i wanted....  You can take the flower idea and run with it... I used a skimpy sad lookin flower.. But you can cut them out of felt, or whatever!!!Im actually almost done with my second doll for the craftalong..... Im jazzed!!! Workin on her costume, I used the same color skin as Paisley, this also happens to be a gift for my besties daughter, whos favorite holiday happens to be Punkinween!! ((^_^)) <----thats a punkin
