That is awesome! for the top did you use a pattern? I have a grandaughter thats 4 months old and I see so much on here I want to try.I'm new to sewing clothes and patterns are exspensive.

No I didn't use a pattern... I think I saw a tutorial here somewhere for a similar peasant top. Here's one by vegbee:
