Texas has a brand new group of Fiber Crafters meeting just on the southern Tarrant County Line in Burleson, Texas.  (Just below Fort Worth and Arlington)

Surrounding areas are Crowley, Joshua, Keene, Cleburne, Alvarado, Everman, Arlington, and Fort Worth just to name a few.We are going to welcome everyone who's into any 'portable' fiber craft, such as:

Spinning
Weaving
Knitting
Crochet
Tatting
Lucet
Netting
Punch Needle
Needle Felting
Inkle Loom
Beading
Etc....

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 7:00-10:00 p.m.
at Mountain Mudd Esspresso Cafe 108 S. Main, Burleson, Tx.

(Schedule and location subject to change as we grow. Check www.fibertherapy.or g for updates.)

Directions:
Take the Renfro Street Exit (on your right) off of I-35 headed
towards Waco (will be two exits past Alsbury Exit)

Turn Right at the light Go straight a few blocks and when you cross
over the Rail Road tracks, you'll see a parking lot with the cool old
buildings of Old Town Burleson on your left.

Turn Left into the parking lot and Mountain Mudd is the third or
fourth building in the strip.

There are a number of good restaurants within a block of the coffee
shop, so come and eat before if you wish. (Babe's Chicken, Bar-B-Q,
Frisco's Mexican Resaurant and an old-timey Malt Shoppe)

That's just on the southern Tarrant County Line.  (Just below Fort Worth and Arlington)

Surrounding areas are Crowley, Joshua, Keene, Cleburne, Alvarado, Everman, Arlington, and Fort Worth just to name a few.

Come join us!

Woo-hoo!  We had 8 people come to our second meeting, with at least three other people coming next week!

Exciting!  We were spinning and clicking knitting needles...most were knitting socks.  Seriously...anyone's welcome!  We're going to teach a couple of young ladies to knit next week.

Oh, yes!  Come see us!  We are about to have a drawing for some free handspun yarn on the 28th, so come and get your name in the drawing!  (First time guests and those who bring a friend.)

We have been having a great time getting to know each other.  Here is the information on our public site:

www.fibertherapy.or g

and we have a Ravelry group, too!  Fiber Therapy

Come see us...Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m.  We're there 'til 10:00, but you can stay as late as you wish.  Bring your WIPs!

Later,
RM

Yep.  We'll have updates on the website if we skip a day...like two weeks ago we skipped because of Halloween.

Keep in touch!

Intrusive? No way! We'd love to have you. Only, I get to say that you're my Craftster.org friend so that I get my name in the drawing for a free Inkle Loom at the end of the month.  (You get a chance to win it as well. It's a bonus for coming in October!)

Looking forward to meeting you!

For sure! We're having a great time together with about ten to twelve crafting each week.

Due to Holiday parties and such, we will not be at the coffee shop on December 10th and the 24th, but will be back at J.J.'s on the 17th. (Don't know about the 31st [New Year's Eve] yet.)

You should totally come and join us!

Hope to meet you soon,
RM
