small pieces of fabric which  are really cute and maching coloured paper and i havent got a clue what to do whit them
 these ones are 30x20cm:



 and these are 40x20cm:




and the paper ones (the were folded when i took the pictures but their strait now)

You could re-upholster/decoupage old frames with them. Or make wrist cuffs that either tie or use velcro for closure?

Um, it's 2 different pieces of material that "attach" to eachother but can also be pulled apart many times over: http://sports.gearlive.com/blogimages/velcro.jpe.
Some times used on handbags, shoes and other items.
