The residue of life is short. Live as on a mountain.

I love this saying. I recently came across an old clock face that I'd used for something else, and then changed my mind. I used the rest of the face for another project (to be seen soon) and kept the 1,2,3,4 part for this. The saying is out of an old quote book, I've been wanting to use it for ages. I kept going back to it and it's joyous sentiment of enjoying every bit of life while we can! Finally it all clicked into place when I remembered my wide eyed Teesha Moore rubber stamp. And this crazy combo was born...

Face: The clock hand is moveable

Clock: (the numbers glow in the dark)

Both can be hung from the brass circles. I'd like to imagine them hung below an old clock like the weights below a cuckoo clock. Cheesy

Hope you like! Smiley

I wish there was a prize for 'darkest theme'. I just looked through all the other wonderful entries, this is definitely the odd one out! Cheesy

Well, I was trying to make mine a little dark and creepy... obviously I didn't succeed darn it!

Phizzychick - your cards are fantastic! I love the clock parts representing time and how when you put them together the clock hand ticks down the clock! Love the ambiance to these cards - great work!

I think it was just that clowns creep me out so much I couldn't look at them! Maybe they're beyond dark? Cheesy

Maybe I am weird, but I do not find this to be a dark theme... Undecided
I absolutely love how the clock hand can literally tie the cards together and  the fact they can be hung from the brass circles is awesome

I don't think they are that dark either, just that I looked through the others and wished I'd chosen something a little happy and perkier! Cheesy

"Stressed" is "desserts" spelled backwards.

I love the concept, and the end result. Can definitely see them hanging on a grandaddy clock.
