I made this for my big brother for christmas, and when i was half way through one of my friends said "I saw that scarf you got for your brother on somethingorother.co m!" and that was how i learned you could buy these things  Roll Eyes

i found it here http://robotclothes.com/projects_policetape.html and i made it long enough to use across doors and annoy the parents

modelled over Bumble's unfinished coat and some tinsel for added festiveness

I love this! I'm in the process of making one myself...I tried the knitting but I wasn't catching on so I'm doing crochet instead but yours looks awesome!! I bet your brother loved it!

thanks guys, it went down well and everyone wants one now. I might have to figure out how to crochet it myself because I'll bet its quicker than knitting.

"supposedly" (I'm not a crocheter) crochet is faster than knitting, but takes up something like 3X the yarn?
And yes, I've seen a similar scarf for sale online, but if you bought that one then it wouldn't have been HAND KNIT with LOVE and done EXACTLY the way you wanted it. The for sale ones are wider, for one. Hand made is the way to go!
