They're beautiful! I can think of several little girls (and one big one) who'd love those...especially with the bells and ribbons on!

Great hair wreaths!! I definitely agree it might be worth moving to a completed projects board...either the one for kids or general. Can't wait to look at the tute!  The bells are a fabulous idea with all the jumping, dancing and spinning little ones can do.  I've seen tutus made to match the flowered hair wreaths with the waist of the tutu covered in flowers by this ebay designer:
