WARNING: BIG PICS BELOW!

After feeling rather unproductive due to 24 hour tummy flu and in having a day off *gasp!* a crafty urge hit hard, and these were the products: all Gryffindor-themed fleece scarf, hat, and *poorly made* fingerless gloves.

This is my first-ever project that I've posted, so be gentle  Cheesy

Oh, by the way-- the hat still needs to be hemmed *badly*, and the scarf isnt completely hemmed up yet either. But yeah, enjoy!

Ready for fall leaves, cider, and HP in the park =)

Dumbledore Army! =D

Well done!  I have been wanting a HP scarf but with my knitting ability it would take forever.  I never thought about using fleece, I might have to steal your idea   Smiley

okay- onto the real point of this post. i think you did a wonderful job they look great! and cozy. and i'm in love with the last picture.

Thank you-- go right ahead, using fleece is great; it only took me a couple hours to make everything and it turned out really thick and perfect for winter.

You know, I haven't even watch OoTP yet because I'm still catching myself up on the other books, but I've been told that numerous times... thanks! They are very, very cozy-- and hey, gotta represent DA! lol

wow!
I never wear scarfs and hats, and red and yellow -really- aren't my colours, but seeing this I just wanted to make my own set! it looks sooo cozy, and it really screams gryffindor. The cozyness of the students out in the snow you know. I'm amazed!
And I want it!!
Maybe I should do a slytherin-set...*thinks*

I'm not a huge scarf person either and I rarely wear hats, but every winter it seems I have to park farther and farther away to get to my college classes, and I wanted something super thick, which they are. And it was so easy to make-- the scarf was the most time consuming, but worth it!

Oooo, a Slytherin set would be great-- *eggs on* do it, do it!  Grin

Sheesh, I think I might just have to be Luna for Halloween-- anyone want a swap partner for some radish jewelry??  Cheesy

The hat reminds me of one of those jester hats you can win or buy at a fair  Roll Eyes , but I had extra fabric and couldn't resist. Don't know how much I'll actually use it since the color combo is shocking enough, but who knows  Smiley

Thank you for all the lovely comments!
