it is a bit difficult cutting them with cookie cutters(they like to stick to the board), i needed a lot of practice Wink

yeah, it only is three ingredients i think, and all you do is mix, kneed and bake!

Shortbread is wonderful.  The Betty Crocker cookbook has a great recipe for it that I use.
