Yay, I finally finished my first pair of socks!!!  They are the Broadripple socks from Knitty and they're made from 2 balls of Cascade Fixation using size 3 needles.

Wow, great job. I am also knitting my first pair of socks. I'm using the toe-up pattern from Knitty. Here's my progress so far, I've done about half of the foot:

Oooh, very nice! I like the colour, and the lace looks great!
Coincidentally, I just started making these a few days ago - I'm finding it an enjoyable knit (my second pair of socks ever).

PS nice quilt!  Smiley

Your socks look great--nice job! I really like the Broadripple pattern. It's one of my the favorite sock patterns I've knit. Excellent choice!

Awesome!  I'm about to start a pair of Broadripples, I just have to get the right needles.

Really really cool. I have some of that yarn lying around so I'm going to knit these as soon as I finish my Jaywalkers!
