Nice! I'm always looking for a good wallet pattern. I can't seem to get the seams right but I'm definitely going to try this one out.

Can't believe how strange it is to be anything at all

I made one too! The pattern looked so simple and i really needed a new wallet so i gave it a go..

being the newbie i am, i had a few problems.. and advice would be great!

First of all i had soo much trouble folding the thing because i had drawn the fold on with pen (why??!!!!) and it looked horrible, so in the end i just cut into bits and sewed it all together.
Problem number too turned up when i turned it inside out - for some weird reason ( i can not work out why in my head, to much spatial thinking) the pockets reversed in size order and the detail i had put on the front turned up inside the wallet! woops..

so after a bit of stitch picking and messy fixing, i had a finished wallet! as you can see my snaps are sewn on pretty badly, any tips?

thanks so much, Josie

im still very new to this too but could it be that you just flipped the wrong part. im not sure how to put this into words but when you flip it you have to hold the smaller pockets so they flip to the outside. does this make sense? lol

Here's 3 of these wallets I made for teacher gifts.I added keyrings to the loop before giving them.

The blue/yellow card in the wallet is a Auntie Anne's gift card

Thanks for the tute. They were fun and easy to make.
