I'm talking, specifically, about Madras/Bend/Redmond/Prineville... anybody in this area? I'll be moving sometime this fall and am on the lookout for fellow craftsters and the 411 on LCS's....

i know you posted this quite a while ago, but i just stumbled across this part of craftster. did you move to central oregon? we moved here last fall and LOVE it.

I grew up in Culver, went to school in Bend, now in Portland to finish. I really miss Bend. Cry

Downtown is so charming, and so are the farmer's market and all that. There are quite a few cafe's that are craftster friendly. some friends and I would have a weekly knitting group at Santiago's Cafe in Redmond. Have fun finding all the things that make Central Oregon special! <3

i'm in the bend area. i just moved out to crooked river ranch, but i go into town all the time.
