Please ignore the username, it was an inside joke between me and one of my friends.  We saw a sandwich shop named Busy Buns and thought it was funny.  Now, I realize it sounds a bit risque.

light blue sequins.
there is a yarn that i picked up at  AC Moore that is a thin cotton with sequins in it.
i just knitted that up with the yarn.

LOL I wasnt trying to be a jerk! I actually looked up what I was trying to describe, its called a ruff. Those big pleaty things that people from the rennaissance wore.
