glass beaded goddess/spirit/elements dolls IMG OBESE!

  Hi guys, this is the first time ive made a beaded doll ... or anything beaded in fact apart from simple jewellery stuff but i think im getting the hang of it, just kinda making it up as i go along!

  Ive decided to make a theme, 4 elements - earth, air, fire and water so ive done 2 out of 4 so far, they take ages to make, heheh.
  i was inspired when i seen this thread http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83286.0
  i drew up a similar pattern myself, the dolls are about 7 inches tall and made from felt and silver lined glass beads, i used some roving for the mermaids hair and made some into dreadlocks and put fish beads and pearls in. i made the faces from fimo in a mold and the have some mica powder on them and have been glossed.

 hmmm... i think thats about it, please let me know what you think any criticisms/ suggestions/ questions, thank you for looking

yeah they do take ages to make, the beads are stiched on mostly 3 at a time, ill make the other two dolls when i get the money to make them, ive just left college and looking for a job so i have no money at all, boo! (and there are so many things i want to make now that i have the time)

and thanks for wisting angryangel, i feel so happy people like these because most people just think im mad for making them, heheh, non-crafty people ...pffff....
