I'm part of a book club craft-along. A book was chosen & then everyone had to make a craft inspired by the book. We read Anne of Green Gables & I made this little Amigurumi style Anne doll!

I made it up as I went along, underneath her dress her body is a little bit funny shaped, but it's all good. I'm super happy with how she turned out! Now she just needs a straw hat & she's done!

Calsters - this is the first book we've done Smiley

I still have time to make puffed sleeves! I was considering it, but my crocheting skills aren't so hot - but I can experiment & see how it turns out. I also tried to make little freckles, but they just looked really weird

this is so cool!  anne of green gables is one of my favorite books.  Smiley  i don't think she needs puffed sleeves.  she looks like the early anne, who showed up in the grey wincey dress.  you did an awesome job!  Grin
