Okay, so I know that the idea of a book themed swap is already floating around but would anybody be interested in a swap specifically themed around PG Wodehouse? Does anybody read Wodehouse anymore? Blandings? Jeeves? And best of all, Psmith?

There could be so many ways of doing this. Like picking your favourite chapter or passage and crafting to that. There was a passage in one of those Blandings books in which Lord Emsworth stood at a window and drooped like a wet sock.  I, for example, would be very happy to pick up cloth and a needle for the first time and make a brave attempt at lemon coloured pajamas and throw in a flower pot for good measure.

Does anyone know what I am on about? Who's in?

I'm a beginning craftster, but major Wodehouse fan! I used to be a Smith,so "Leave it to Psmith" caught my eye in the library, and I was off and running.
Please count me in!

The theme song from the pbs series is running through my head now.I'm going to have to dig out my Wodehouse and do some rereading.
If this swap happens,I'd love to participate.

Well, I'm too busy for this round, (gosh, who'd've thought there'd be a PG Wodehouse Swap round 2?), but I'll see what I can do about getting the word out, and I'll watch with interest! I do hope this goes ahead.

Goodness I'd love a PG Wodehouse swap. I'd only read Jeeves & Wooster until recently but have just discovered PSmith and think I might be in love.

I would dearly love a pair of lemon pyjamas and perhaps a geranium.

Oh, yes please. I have to brush up on my Wodehouse, it's been a hot minute, but this could be really fun.

I would have to brush up too. I don't know how soon I can go ahead with this - I'm pretty swamped (with swaps but also school work and life in general) until the end of October anyway. The upside of this is that by the time that rolls around, I'll be able to offer myself up as organizer. How is everybody else's availability?
