I have yet to learn to knit from patterns, so this is a hat knitted as a flat vaguely triangular shape and then assembled. (It's a bit lumpy in the back because I did some calculation of yarn and needles and head size and clearly got it wrong. If I wear it sideways it's sort of beret-y.) I need to go pick up sock needles and have another stab at vaguely tubular shapes.



The skull is crocheted and sewn on.

It took me two evenings at my best friend's place - they were her needles, since all my stuff was at home, and she wouldn't let me leave with them... =)
