Thanks everyone.  For those that asked about the patterns, these stuffies all came from Japanese felt mascot books.  The goat and kitties came from this book:

The squirrel is from this book:

I bought both of them, as well as 7 or 8 others on ebay, and if you haven't ever used one of these types of patterns, trust me when I say that even though the instructions are in Japanese, they often have really good visual instructions as well.

- Appaj00ce, I usually use a blanket stitch for sewing the stuffies together, though I know some people like to use a whip stitch instead.  Either will work well, as long as you keep the stitches small and even.

- Candreya, you can probably find a pattern for a small frog stuffie in a pattern book, a couple of the ones I own have frogs in them.  However, if you want to draft your own pattern in this style, you should start with an image of a frog sitting and facing forward.  I think a cartoon image will probably work best.  For pattern pieces, you would need a head, body, front and back legs and any details, like belly or eyes.  Feel free to pm me if you need help.  Smiley

Underneath the bridge
The tarp has sprung a leak
And the animals i've trapped
Have all become my pets
And i'm living off of grass
And the drippings from the ceiling
It's okay to eat fish
'Cause they don't have any feelings
