I think 2001 was the year I made this.  I know it's hard to see any detail, but this is the only picture I have of it. I wasn't sure if this was the right spot for it, or if it belonged in with holiday stuff. 



I made it out of a white twin bedsheet, and lots of tulle.  Glued little roses, pearls, and ribbon onto a headband and attached the veil to the headband.  It had a row of lace at the bottom of the dress, and a train that was slightly longer than the dress... with a bow in the back to hide the uneven seam where I had attached the train.  Threw in some fake flowers tied with a ribbon, and called it done.

 It was the first costume I'd ever sewn myself and turned out winning 2nd or 3rd place at the Eagle's costume contest they held for the kids.

Aw this reminds ne of when I was younger and my mom made me the same type of dress for preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'halloween...............')
