Here is the Hello Kitty hat I just finished. The little one is napping (hence the just finished), so I have no model. I think it would be a wee bit too small anyway, so I will definitely be making more!

What do you think?

**Update**
Well, it definitely was too small for my daughter but I am for sure making another for her. You get the idea of what it looks like in the photos but it is most definitely stretched to its max and would look much better in her correct size. I think next time I am going to make the bottom trim thinner too.

Here are the pics:

My three year old would kill for that hat!  Seriously, she's got three brothers- I've seen her take them down.

Oh, love it, love it, love it!

I'm totally going to have to make one for DD, who recently told me she wants her room "Hello Kitty Pink."

No pattern, just a picture of Hello Kitty herself as my inspiration. I used fleece for the eyes and whiskers and chenille for the nose. I only hand stitched the bow onto her head and the nose because I am not very good at tight curves on my machine yet.

I just love the fact that you went off a picture, that is really inspiring. Wink
