Would anyone know how to put something together like this?  I've been looking for a tutorial but haven't found one yet.

The bag looks like small rolls of newspaper twined between spokes.  If you have a library nearby a basic basket weaving book would help.  Basketmakers.com online has lots of info and links, too, and here is the page that shows the weave used for the bag you like:  http://basketmakers.com/topics/bytechnique/twined/twiningtech.htm

I saw this too! (Thank you, Daily Candy!) I would think it would have some sort of finish on it as well -- I can't imagine that plain newsprint would hold up to the elements for long!
