I've done my two swaps with positive feedback (I have 3) and really wanted to organize a swap, but I wanted to co-organize so I could learn how to do it without taking it all on myself at once.

Can you help me?

I've never organized a swap either, and in any case I'm maxed out... but I have a suggestion for you.  How about organizing a swap where there's a relatively low maximum # of participants (e.g. 8 or 12)?  That way, it'll be small and more manageable.

Probably the best thing to do if you want a co-organizer is to figure out what sort of swap you'd like to do, and then post about it in the "New swap theme ideas" folder: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=92.0 Mention that you'd like a co-organizer and see if anyone steps forward. That folder is a great place to work out details and gauge interest before taking a swap to signup stage.

Or, if you find a swap that is already in signup stages that you are interested in joining, pm the organizer and see if she'd like any help.
