So, Dudes, I tried to post this on the "Recycled" board, but it's not cooperating. For whatever reason. =/ & I'm sorry, but I can't seem to post pictures right now...sad face Cry...Anywho, this is just a really simple little thing that I made about a year ago out of a dead phone and wasted summer time. Hope you like!  Cheesy

Needed;
  • at least 4-6 inches of telephone cord
  • 1 sharp blade or pair of scissors
  • 2 tacks or nails w/hammer

I'm in a dorm room next year and in need of a way to keep my vast earring collection sorted.. and if i can do this without putting holes in the wall or shelves then I'm so using this! so simple, but looks like it would work out well.

Cool! What a good idea! I saw this old teal phone at a yard sale last week and ALMOST bought it, but thought, "Nah, why would I need a phone on a cord?" Now I'm regretting my decision.  Embarrassed

Clever use of old cords. You can clean the cord by putting rubbing alcohol on a cloth and running the cord through the cloth :-)
