here is my sons army room its not finished yet.
but i couldn`t wait to show it here.
his locker need some paint..and i started already, but never have the time to finish it.
so that locker is still waiting in the garage.
i wanna give it a camouflage look.
and i wanna make a border for the animalprints on the wall.
here are some pics:

my mother made this for my son:

hihi i know it really looks fake, but that wall was so ugly i made this with some wood from the garage...just some leftovers, so its not so nice...but always better then how it was.
i cut the flames out of adhesive foil.
and i think i gonna put some real wood in.

his desk was like this...only the wood.
but then i tried out to put the metallook on.
but i didn`t like it, only the top where i cut out his name i liked.
the rest i painted and put wallpaper on the drawers.
and his chair got a new fabric.

and this is how it turned out.

i hope you like it.
let me know what you think.
and thanks for looking......

I love the wall with the trees! It looks like you could walk right into the middle of the forest from his bedroom.

The desk and chair look really good too. That whole section is awesome Smiley

WOW!!!  You are so creative!  That is amazing!  How old is your son?  I think any boy would love to have a room like that at any age though Smiley

What an awesome room!
Those leaves are cool and the snake is a nice touch.
That seamonster is neat.
Love the animal print artwork and I have to have a tiger head for my wall.

How did you recover that chair?

thanks, the animal prints are scrapbookpapers.
and the chair....well thats easy to do, but its hard for me to explain it in english.
but i gonna give it a try.
i screw the head off and then i put a large screwdriver between the cover and the plastic and then it came off.
i took the new fabric and stapled it , then put the plastic back, and did the same thing with the seat.

quick and easy it took me maybee 10 minutes.
