HAHA! When I saw this on the main page I thought, "Damn! That girl has a long finger!"

So funny!

I will be out of town June 11-20 with limited computer access. (Be patient with me, I'm on the beach!)

How cool!  Grin Grin Grin Grin

I think it'd look even weirder to me except that I made a similar replica of my son's index finger (also using SuperSculpey) from a mold I'd made from his finger when he was young, to use  as a kind of stand-up "display" for the ring-like fingerpuppets I was teaching kids to make in a class... his "finger" didn't have that fancy fingernail though--that's totally convincing!  Every time I passed it later, I got the heebie-jeebies a bit because it looked so much like his finger.

I can imagine even making a "finger" pen with the fingernail part at the writing end which might even more umm "upsetting" (...everything but the very last part of the tip could be hidden behind the fingernail,  in a flesh-colored cone shape. . . . shivvers . . . that would look really bizarre in use).

I also made a little hand with a pointing finger to use as a pointer once (I stuck it on the end of a dowel) ... that was less bizarre but still a little bit --mostly funny.
